![]() ![]() Well in one case it´s our base with funky fantasy elements in the other case it´s a shithole filled with demons that want to rip out your spine (and no in case number 2 there isn´t that much information to be found). Example: If Mulandir was built by the Shapers or Isgrimm. Number 2: For SpellForce 3: yes a lot of "lore" mistakes could have been avoided easily. They even made a new website with their own version of information but it´s not a source that can be trusted as it stands. The original SpellForce wiki has been messed up by people that think they own the IP but spoiler: They dont. Also they aren´t really that good and community mostly ignores their existence since it was done by old JoWood as mostly cashgrab with awful re-use of assets. The comments are also full of insight, my favorite thread I ever took part in tbfįaith in Destiny & Demons of the Past haven´t been done by Phenomic. But you could also argue that SF1 lore pioneered many of the franchise's basic and most characteristic aspects.Įxcuse my self-promotion, but if you don't mind spoilers I made a post a while back analizing why SF1 storytelling is unmatched. ![]() This is absolutely subjective of course so I don't have anything against SF2 enthusiasts. You have to understand that some of us got introduced to SF1 first, and bitter-butthurt folk like child-me got very sad that SF2 had a different vibe compared to SF1. ![]() I grew up without speaking English and/or German so I got left out from a lot of info regarding announcements and community stuff. I can only answer the last question in detail, since I'm not very familiar with SF3 lore and also don't have a wide knowledge of old SF forum. ![]()
